Our Guarantee
The Kristi G Company is committed to providing high quality and safe products and we take great pride in the workmanship of each item we produce. Each product is carefully inspected to ensure proper functionality and superior construction.

Defective Merchandise
Please contact us immediately at customercare@kristigcompany.com to report the issue. We will arrange for the product to be sent to us for quality evaluation and will explain the return and exchange process if product is found defective.

Damaged During Shipment
If your order was damaged during shipment contact us immediately for our return and exchange process at customercare@kristigcompany.com.

Not what you expected
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the unused product within three (3) business days for a refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and a small restocking fee will be applied (10% of total order).

All returned merchandise must be received in its original packaging and original box with all accessories (EZ Wipe Pouch, Changing Mats, etc). A copy of the invoice with an explanation for the return must also accompany the product.

Please use a mail carrier insured with return receipt or a carrier with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Shipping and Handling
We charge standard USPS ground rates for shipping in the continental US. All packages have delivery confirmation. There is also a nominal handling charge added to each order.

We will ship orders internationally, to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact customercare@kristigcompany.com for those special deliveries.
